Our home creates a perfect atmosphere for travelers. Our rental condo is WALKING DISTANCE from a public beach in Nuevo Vallarta. It is also very close to an Oxxo (convenience store) and walking distance to many restaurants, pubs, golf club, etc.
We are also conscious of the usage of water and electricity at our homes, and the importance of reducing impacts of climate change on our planet.

Using the Pool
Temporary Rules for Use of the Pool and Pergola
These TEMPORARY rules are in accordance with the gradual activation plan of the state of Nayarit. These may be modified at any time in accordance the Mexican authorities.
Pool Rules:
- The hours of use of the pool is the one mentioned in the internal regulations from 8:00 to 23:00 hours.
- No Excessive noise in this area. Silence after 23:00hrs.
- Littering is forbidden in all common areas.
- No smoking under the palm roof.
- Maximum depth of pool: 4.6 ft. / wading pool: 1.3 ft.
- Shower is available in the palapa. Showering before entering the pool is mandatory.
- Children below 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Warning, no lifeguards. Swim at your own risk.
- Glass containers forbidden in all common areas.
- Forbidden to damage or mistreat green areas.
- Diving, eating or drinking is forbidden in the pool.
- The use of grills or burners is prohibited.
- Mandatory use of swimsuit in the pool. Clothing is not permitted.
- Toddlers must wear swim-proof diapers to enter the pool.
- Bulky inflatables or bouncers are not allowed in the pool.
- Puertarena is not responsible for accidents or lost objects.
- A healthy distance of 1.5 meters between people must be kept.

Beach Access
Fortunately, we can provide you with access to a private beach and free of charge. The beach is very close by. At this beach, you can use the beach loungers (beds), umbrellas, and kayaks. You can also bring your own drinks and snacks. Drinks and food are NOT included but could be ordered with a charge and brought to your spot.

Avoiding Fines
- Our house is located within a family complex, the strata is very strict when it comes to noise after 10pm and fines will be issued.
- Please respect the parking slot, a wrong action will trigger a fine.
- You will be responsible to pay for any fines imposed due to breaching the rules.
- The noise policy in the strata rules is as follows:
“The music or noise inside the houses and in common areas should be moderate to a low level, (55 decibels) after 22:00 hrs. without exception. It should be understood that they are in a condominium that seeks to maintain order, tranquility and the general well-being of all the neighbors over the interests of individuals.“ - Take care of our towels, no make up or any kind of paint difficult to remove, you can expect an extra charge on your bill if this happens.
- Do not hang towels or clothes on the main balcony. This action will trigger a fine too.
